Proper Alignment
Proper Alignment

Probably the most overlooked fundamental in golf is the swing alignment. What is proper swing set up alignment? Here is the technical definition: "At address your body should be positioned parallel to the target line." How do I know I am parallel to the target? Having poor alignment will cause the trajectory of the ball to go in many different directions- many of them not the way you want them to go. I can help you in recognizing if you are properly aligned. I guarantee with proper set up, your shots will be longer and straighter.

Inside to Outside Swing
Most amateur golfers have a distinctly outside-in swing path which means that during the downswing, the club-head takes a route that cuts across the body of the golf ball, making the ball rotate clockwise and create a weak, left-to-right ball flight that tends to balloon into the air and lose distance. There is a lot of confusing tips all over the internet and books about how to correct the outside to inside swing but it all can become overwhelming when you do not see the results. I will use your natural swing to correct you to the proper path.
